The Russian competitor - Aresn Lilijev is the leading competitors of the world armwrestling. We got to know, during the last phone conversation with PAL promoter - Igor Mazurenko from Poland, that Arsen, against what is written on foreign forums by the fans and armwrestling activists, is not going to fight with John Brzenk in Turkey.

“Engin Terzi from Turkey called me recently and proposed me to fight with John Brzenk. But I have an agreement with PAL organization, that I will first of all fight with  Rustam Babyev from Ukraine. This duel will be a determinant of who will fight with John Brzenk from the USA for the belt and the title of PAL World Champion of 95kg class. For me and many lovers of Armwrestling it is the most logical directions.

I do not know where the idea of fighting with John Brzenk came from? - Engin Terzi should probably answer this question.” – told as Arsen Lilijev.

“I can only add that PAL truly has the agreement with Arsen Lilijev, that we are the ones responsible for  his business of the rivalry at professional duels. Additionally PAL is going to organize the duel of Arsen Lilijev vs Rustam Babayev soon. The duel is going to resolve which of the competitors could fight for the title of the PAL World Champion.
