On the 13th of March 2010 the Polish Amateurs Cup  in Tomaszów Mazoweicki is going take place. For some time the competitions of these kind are called Debuts, as only the beginners, who did not stared at the Polish Championships,  Polish Cup or Professional League can take part it. During last years the competitions for beginners are very popular and may be a great way to check abilities of the competitors before they decide to start among professionals.

The idea of organizing of the Polish Cup rose not long ago in Tomasz Szewczyk and Adam Sobótka’s head. Thanks to sponsors’ support it may take place exactly a month before the 10th Polish Championships in Gdynia.

- Each of the competitors will get the starts T-shirt, which may be a great souvenir and confirmation of the presence at the Polish Cup, after paying the start fee of 20zl.

- the best will be able to enroll for clubs near their towns and take part at the Polish Championships Gdynia 2010.

- The first three of each weight class will get special medals casted for order.

- The best will be awarder with supplements founded by FitMax company.

- The best of OPEN class will get cups.

- The best of OPEN class of right hand will get the special surprise prize founded by Żywiec company.

On the 13th on March the 1st Polish Debuts Cup will take place, but not only. As the way to cup the competitions, the professional fight contracted for 6 rounds for left hand between World Professional Vice Champion – Dariusz Muszczak and the multiple Polish Senior Champion - Mariusz Grochowski.

Both of the competitors know each other well, as they are the representatives of the same club - MCKiS Tytan Jaworzno. And though the duel is not the ranking fight of PAL organization, both of the competitors treat it seriously. Mariusz is the one who will try to prove his predomination and show that he is the strongest for left hand, whereas Darek must champion his title. Which one is going to win? You will get to know on the 13th of March in Antidotum club in Tomaszów Mazowiecki.

Moreover while weighting before the championships those competitors will be giving the training and technical tips to all the interested in. I think that it is a great opportunity for all the amateurs to get to know something about Armwrestling.
