Europe, how are you gonna deal with them?

Imagine that that they are walking on the stage to be presented. The Grate Eight. On average, statistically almost equal-height, a mean competitor of the hosts is 183cm tall and of the guests 185cm tall. Now, let’s look at their faces and into the statistics. The total age of the USA competitors is 176 years whereas of the Europeans is 119. So the USA are taking 57-point lead. The average American is 44 years old and the European is 30. Thus the USA are having again 14-years lead. Faces of such men as Lupkes and Cadorette, in whose faces the passage of time can be noticed, stand out a mile. Hutchings’s moustaches make him look much older than he really is that his rival. The bald spot does not help and swollen veins round his temple show that Todd’s blood pressure is higher than Stoyan’s. While he is apparently only three years older (and maybe it is just a matter of climate).

Facial hair make the Americans more serious, and only one of the players – Jerry does not have neither moustaches nor beard but it still does not make him look younger. In comparison to the hosts, even Arsen Liliev having a three-day beard looks like a junior!

Armwrestling is a combat sport so we also look into each others’ eyes. In a category of “dread looks” Andrey Pushkar absolutely rules, but Jerry Cadorette is not really inferior to him. I would not like to meet neither of them in a day and night store queue…

The rest the European guests could also perform as a string quartet. The biggest mystery is Lupkes’s “academic” appearance and gray hair.

They are entering the stage.

If the guests will come out as the first ones – the stage will not even budge. But… if the Americans come out first (I do not know the details of the opening ceremony, which are a skeleton in the closet) it will be almost a half tone in a whole! The Europeans weight only 384kg. While an average American weights 124,5kg, a mean competitor of the Old Continent is only 96kg heavy.

Goodbye Jerry!

In the first fight Jerry vs Khazimurat, NEMIROFF WORLD CUP 2011 which took place in Ozarow Mazowiecki, will Re-echo. Jerry, encouraged by his audience, simply MUST prove that he is better. He cannot let 64-kilograms lighter competitor win, he just cannot! Where else if not at home? When will the next possibility take place? In my opinion, if Jerry loses, there will be no other reason to invite him to the World Cup 2012 and arrange another ARM FIGHT for him. The tie will not also be a reason for a return match. This is quite a comfortable situation for Khazimurat. He will be a Hero if he wins. Also in case of a defeat he has nothing to lose I think. So this is the last chance fight for the American.

Hunting Hutchings

In the second fight, two older guys. A hunting lover and a builder from Bulgaria Stoyan Golemanov, who already has an intercontinental belt, World Championship and a titles of Professional Armwrestling League, Golden Armwrestling League and multiple national champion. A ward of the „Professor” Gashevski. So he all the subtle techniques at his fingertips, he can feel a competitor and is psychologically tough. In his preparations he pays attention to mental issues. He prepares for a six-round fight with a given competitor. This time Todd Hutchings – a really strong and titled competitor will be the one. The American is famous for a hook technique and his endurance. Todd and Stoyan have never fought with each other so, whatever will be the result – it will for sure become a beginning of “a new history” of our sport (unless the result is 6-0...).

A chance?

If Liliev’s wrist offers Lupkes “concrete” resistance and wins the duel, the fame of the victory over the 50 kilograms heavier and much older competitor will on its wings far, far away… Lupkes will not lose anything if he loses, as he will be a “Sedate Veteran” cutting off the capons of past fame. On the other hand… if he wins [!] he should become a permanent PAL player. If he wins now, being 55 year old, it may be predicted that he will be winning for the next ten years.

Desert of the feast in Vegas

And now we are reaching a desert of the American feast. Twelve years older American, a bit thinner than he was at the years of “ACID REIGN” fights, and maybe even better trained... As of yet it is still an unknown. Pushkar – after key preparations in Poland with Igor Mazurenko is strongly convinced that he will be the one to deal at the table. If the strap match happens the chances of the American are growing. Results of the controversial situations, extorting referees’ decisions will be reverse. While experiences of the strong regime of refereeing will be in favour of Andrea. Also the fast reaction at the beginning of the fight will be to advance of the Ukrainian.

But if…

But if the American resist Pushkar’s first impetus his chances to win are rising from second to second. I believe that Pushkar’s “Polish consultations” and bet on him.

This main fight of the evening will be crucial in case of the lead in the heavy weight in the world. This fight is especially worth going to Vegas!

America or Europe?

The competitors ‘starring’ in the fights are chosen in such a way that the Americans MUST win whereas guests CAN. As sports psychology researches show, it is best to fight on the medium level of the psychological mobilization, without too much pressure. The USA have their back to the wall. The Europeans are free and easy.
