Before Ready!Go! place elbow on the inside edge of the pad.
Pull the wrist of active arm towards own body.
Place active side leg forward.
Thumb of active arm is left over the index finger (not tucked under).
After Ready!Go! twist wrist inside.
At the same time, pull wrist towards your body.
Twist inside the lighting shoulder.
Press opponent’s arm to the side.
Twist the figting arm inside, mind that it doesn’t cross the shoulder line.
Aim the fighting arm down, vertically.
Lean body backwards.
Slide elbow of fighting arm across the pad, towards your body.
Arm holding the pin goes below table edge.
Keep pressuring the opponent’s forearm with the lower part of our forearm.
Lean backwards and to the side, as much as possible.
Pin the opponent’s arm to the pad.

Position your arm high before Ready!Go!
Elbow placed on the inside edge of pad. Index finger joint placed above opponent’s grip.
Active side leg placed forward.
After Ready!Go! the fighter pulls his opponent’s fingers, placing his body below grip level.
Body is tense, try to keep an 80 degrees angle between arm and forearm.
Active side leg is bent at the knee.
Open opponent’s fingers by rotating outwards.
Start opening opponent’s fingers from his pinky finger.
Fighting arm shoulder is close to table top.
Elbow of pin arm is Lower than table level.
The opponent’s unbent arm is pinned to the pad.
