Dear friends,

Most of you knows me very well. I am with armwrestling for more than twenty years. All this time I was working to develop armwrestling as a very well organized sport with standadized rules and governed by a democratic body.

For all those reasons I am very surprised with the way how our current WAF and EAF President and General Secretary fulfill this ideas and how they are leading both organisations.
I was very upset when there were an attempt to separate disabled sportsmen from our armwrestling family. There were a group of people who found a new federation IAFD and try to become independend on WAF. They did it without Congress approval. Our current WAF/EAF President was one of those people.

Me and few people did a lot of work to get the issue in front of Congress and revise the former illegal decission. Result at Congress was clear - disabled sportsmen stand with the armwrestling family and their part of tournaments could be handled by IAFD. At he same time IAFD has become a collective member of WAF.

Few months later surprised me a message from our General secretary that IAFD is not anymore representing disabled sport. This decission was done again without Congress approval. I think it is possible to do it in a such way in democratic organization.

Who and why decided such important questions?

And it is not the only question I have. There are few more... Why the doping control is under WAF/EAF president supervision? Why the WAF/EAF president is representing WAF/EAF in front of WADA lab? For what reason do we have Doping Director if he has no rights?

Why all financial matters are under control of WAF/EAF president? Why WAF/EAF president is using our money wighout any approvals? Why all financial matters are handled without any control? I do not deem post-action approval as accurate control!

Additionally, if WAF/EAF president is sitting on all money, why he let finish WAF World Championships in Vilnius without decorating of all right hand winners by medails? Why he damaged all their happines if it was in his hands to solve the problem? Is this person thinking about sport and sportsmen?

How one or two people (President together with General Secretary) can do what they want? They can change Cognress decissions any time? They can keep power for themselves and manage all important matters?

I do not think so!

For all those reasons me and Mr. Filimonov have decided to add below written items into EAF Congress agenda.

It is for a reason to spare time, find answers to our questions and be ready with clear shield before next years elections.
