Poland has hosted international arm-wrestling tournaments not once and it is famous for its serious approach to the organization. The first European championship in Poland was held in 2000. The second time Poland hosted the European Championship in 2004. Polish organization of championships is getting better and better every year, and this time a new level of holding such events awaits.

At the moment, almost all the main national qualifying championships passed and the participating countries have formed their teams. A lot of changes occurred during the year, new young athletes appeared, the leaders of teams also do not stand still, because each time it is necessary to confirm their level.

Some champions changed their weight categories: Khetag Dzitiev, the current champion in the right hand in the 70 kg category, and Vitaliy Laletin, the absolute champion in the category under 100 kg, already confirmed such intentions. Now in these categories there will be vacant champions’ places, for which a serious fight will unfold.

Will Sasho Andreev defend his titles? In what category will Khadzhimurat Zoloev, who missed last year's European Championship? Will Krasimir Kostadinov again experiment with the categories? This is only a small part of the questions, the answers to which we have to learn in a month.
